Personalized Items:

Our personalized items are crafted with love and attention to detail, just for you. Due to their unique nature, we CAN'T offer exchanges or refunds for personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • If you notice a defect:
    • Please contact our customer service team within 3 days ONLY of receiving your order.
    • Provide clear photos or a video of the defect.
    • We'll guide you on the return process and arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Personalized Items:

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. For non-personalized items, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • To initiate a return/exchange:
    • Contact our customer service team within 3 days.
    • We'll provide you with a return shipping label (for eligible returns).
    • Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us using the provided label.

  • Return/Exchange Shipping Costs: For returns initiated by the customer (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs will apply.
